2 - Intellectual Property and Infringement

SACRE LAB owns the intellectual property rights and holds the usage rights on all elements available on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons, and sounds.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the photo elements, regardless of the method or process used, is prohibited without prior written permission from SACRE LAB.

Any unauthorized use of the photos or any element contained on the website will be considered an infringement and pursued in accordance with Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

3 - Limitations of Liability

SACRE LAB shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused to the user’s equipment during the shooting.

SACRE LAB disclaims any responsibility regarding the use that may be made of the information and content provided during the shooting.

Interactive spaces (contact or comments sections) are available to users. SACRE LAB reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in these spaces that would violate applicable French legislation, particularly in relation to data protection laws.

If necessary, SACRE LAB also reserves the right to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable, particularly in the case of messages that are racist, insulting, defamatory, or pornographic, regardless of the medium used (text, photography, etc.).
