Q & A
How does the transfer of rights work for corporate photos?
The law requires that the transfer of usage rights be defined by the type of use, the location, and the duration. I’ve chosen to be flexible on this matter: by default, my services generally include usage across all media, within France, for a duration of 10 years, unless specified otherwise. If you have specific needs (international, longer or shorter duration), we can discuss them to adjust the contract.
What are your delivery times?
Delivery times are defined together based on your project. Generally, I deliver within one business week. However, if we agree in advance, I can also deliver the photos on the same day if needed.
Are the photos subject to copyright?
Yes, all my photos are protected by copyright. When possible, I will ask you to credit the photos. On my side, I reserve the right to use the images for my own communication, unless a confidentiality clause is added to the contract in exchange compensation. It is also forbidden to alter the authorship of the work by modifying or removing the credit.
What is your geographical area of operation?
Based in Reims, I travel throughout the Champagne-Ardenne region, including the departments of Marne (51), Aisne (02), Ardennes (08), and beyond, to cities such as Épernay, Châlons-en-Champagne, Charleville-Mézières, Paris, and Lille. I can also visit your sites anywhere in France, depending on your specific needs.
